Empowering Families Affected by Dementia

Compassionate Guidance for Navigating the Challenges of Dementia Care

Meet Your Coach

April Tapp, RN, BSN

April has been a registered nurse for 28 years and a C.N.A. before then, working in geriatrics with many dementia patients. Providing care for the geriatric population has always been her passion as well as her calling as a believer.

She has experienced the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia first-hand. She lived with her grandmother during college and cared for her as she progressed through the stages of dementia. Her father also has dementia now, and she is invaluable in helping her family to navigate his care.

Caring for a loved one with dementia is never easy, but you can be supported and guided through this difficult time with Forget Me Not services. Whether your loved one is at home or in a rehabilitation or nursing home, we can help guide you through the process and educate you on practical ways to make things safer and more comfortable for everyone involved.

Forget Me Not Dementia Coaching is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized guidance to families navigating the emotional, practical, and medical complexities of caring for a loved one with dementia. Our team is committed to reducing overwhelm, clarifying next steps, and restoring a sense of control and peace during this challenging journey.
